Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect the details you enter at checkout: your name, delivery address (street, city, state and postal code), the items you ordered, your chosen payment method, and any messages you send us on WhatsApp.

Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you place an order.

How we use it

• To confirm, prepare, ship and support your order
• To contact you about your order, usually on WhatsApp
• To prevent fraud and keep our records accurate

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store and fulfill orders, such as our order database and spreadsheet tools, WhatsApp, and shipping and supplier partners who need your delivery details to send your package.

Advertising and analytics

We may use advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our ads. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and collect information such as pages viewed and items added to the cart. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and through your Meta ad preferences.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp at +44 7988 963176. Residents of some US states have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests.

Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect your information and keep order records only as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not collect card numbers on this site.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
