Return Policy

7-day return window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong item or the wrong size
• The item arrived defective or damaged
• The item does not fit (exchange subject to availability)

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• Items with a custom name & number are made to order and cannot be returned for fit or change of mind. If the item is wrong or defective, we will make it right.
• For wrong or defective items, we cover the return shipping. For fit exchanges, return shipping is paid by the customer.

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
2. Send photos of the item and, if it is a defect or error, of the problem.
3. We reply with the next steps and the return address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we send your replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to the same method you paid with (Venmo or Zelle).
